Dialogue for the Ear and Eye: A Monthly Multi-disciplinary Arts Series by Joanne Pango and Bruce Weber

Special Info: Jen’s work navigates the space between looking and seeing — that fleeting moment when an image impresses itself on the mind, before translation to canvas.

Burlesque Drawing Cafe with Tryst La Noir

Digital Sketching Workshop with Instructor Collin Douma

Special Info: This 3-hour workshop explores the freedom of digital sketching on phones and tablets. Discover anew, where you can watercolor over oils, move your sketch on top of the paint, and then turn it off, and the freedom of infinite undo.

Date & Time: Fridays from 3-6pm
Special Info: $25 a drop-in, $80 ($20 a class) for a 4 session punch card, Venmo, CC, check or cash. Figure Drawing Long pose Open Studio Sessions for experienced adult artists with a live model in a supportive atmosphere. No instructor. Bring your own art supplies/drawing boards. There are a few easels and we also have tables and chairs. Poses for three 1 hour or one 3 hour. Limited to 15 people per session.
Writing Workshop
Date & Time : October 1st from 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Special Info: Award-winning author and freelance writer and editor, Susan Krawitz, will lead this four-week writing workshop. Attendees will build on their skills each week through written assignments, recommended readings, and roundtable commentary and support. Registration is required as attendance is limited to 10 participants. Registrants must commit to attending all four sessions of the workshop. Exploring Shakespeare

Special Info: Why is Shakespeare important? What can he teach us about ourselves? Join us as we explore the timeless insights of Shakespeare through shared reading and recitation. We're gauging interest in a recurring event where we dive into his works together—come be part of the conversation and the fun!
Halloween Costume Swap

Special Info: Leave a costume or take a costume in the Saugerties Public Library’s Children’s Room all week long!
